How much will it cost if I have to resubmit a trademark specimen?

If the USPTO examiner rejects your trademark specimen and requests a substitute, you won't have to pay anything for the submission.

However, bear in mind you might be fined $100 per class if the refusal results in the loss of your TEAS Plus status (if you applied using the TEAS Plus filing option instead of TEAS Standard).

If you are using the services of a legal professional to help you with the specimen refusal, those will also be subject to their rate.
