At Trama, we use a transparent and structured pricing model to ensure you understand the costs at every stage of your trademark defense. Each case progresses through clearly defined procedural stages, and the final price depends on where the case concludes.
Our standard case
While this is hard to predict for any individual case, based on our experience, approx. 70% of cases end in the Negotiation stage with the costs not exceeding €990 .
Key features of our pricing
Flat fees: Most cases follow the flat fees listed below.
Cost control: Total costs increase only if the case progresses. We aim to resolve cases early whenever possible.
* Of the more than 800 cases we have dealt with, only a few of the most complex cases have reached the final stage.
Add-ons (Additional services outside of the original scope)
We recognize that clients may have follow-up questions and concerns or some cases require extra effort due to their complexity or the counterparty’s level of cooperation. These services are offered as needed to ensure comprehensive support:
Legal consultation package: €150 per package. Includes preparation, 30 minutes of lawyer consultation, and a follow-up with the recommendation.
Additional jurisdictions package: Extra €150 for multi-territory cases.
Extra negotiation round: Extra €150 for additional arguments to persuade the counterparty if they initially refused to co-exist.
Negotiation stage payment structure
During the Negotiation stage, the fee is split into two payments: the second payment applies only if the counterparty agrees to negotiate co-existence. In complex cases, the fee is €150 higher compared to the straightforward case due to the complexity and the greater effort involved. Two-part payment:
First payment before sending the initial response.
The second payment if the counterparty agrees to negotiate coexistence.
